Burial Flags

To obtain a burial flag, a copy of the Veteran's separation document (form DD-214) is required by the funeral director.

However, the burial flag can be obtained from the Huntington Beach Post Office 92647 on Warner west of Goldenwest.  Form 27-2008 is required, and can be obtained below

Complete the form, and take it to the post office.
